I immigrated to the U.S. nearly 30 years ago with my parents and three brothers, stepping into a completely new culture and lifestyle. Coming from an active upbringing, I struggled to adjust to the sedentary lifestyle and processed foods, which led to childhood obesity—something that carried into my adult life.
As an adult, I battled low self-confidence, depression, and a lack of control over my own life. Weighing 290 pounds, I finally decided to take action and hired a coach. That decision changed everything. With guidance, consistency, and the right approach, I dropped to 206 pounds—but more importantly, I gained strength, confidence, and a whole new outlook on life.
Inspired by my own transformation, I became a coach to help others experience that same life-changing power of fitness. But from my first experience coaching, I realized that extreme diets and quick fixes weren’t sustainable. That realization set me on a mission—to understand what truly works for long-term health, performance, and well-being.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the science of strength training, endurance, mobility, nutrition, and hormone regulation. My goal is simple: help people build strength, move better, and live life without limitations—sustainably.
When I’m not helping others transform their lives, I’m spending quality time with my daughter—she’s my world, and there’s nothing I wouldn’t do for her. When I’m not with her, you’ll find me in the mountains, recharging and embracing the challenge of the outdoors.

Jackie is a passionate kettlebell coach and fitness enthusiast dedicated to helping others build strength, skill, and confidence through movement.
She holds certifications as a StrongFirst (SFG) Kettlebell Instructor and a Kettlebell Coaches University (KBCU) Level 2 Coach, bringing a high level of expertise to her training.
Beyond fitness, Jackie has dedicated her career to public service, working full-time as a Parks & Recreation professional in Sacramento.
Her love for coaching comes from a desire to share the power of kettlebell training, build a strong and supportive community, and help people stay active for life.
